Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 3–7 business days

International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)

  • Customs processing

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost: Contact the carrier first, then email us if unresolved.

  • Marked delivered but missing: Check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting support.

  • Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee changes after checkout.

  • Reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • VAT or additional fees required by their country.

We do not control or predict these costs.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

If you purchase a pre-order item:

  • Shipping timelines will be listed on the product page.

  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are ready.
